A small coin with a round serpentinite

The pendant is based on an authentic South Asian coin disc – visible inscriptions in the Arabic alphabet, stars, crescents, and architectural motifs. The metal retains its natural patina, local oxidation, and traces of hand soldering. The surface has not been polished or restored – it retains its raw, utilitarian character.

The central stone is serpentinite with a deep, dark green tone, occasionally veering towards graphite. The texture can be uniform or subtly shaded, with a subtle, mineral pattern. This stone has a calm, matte expression – without a glassy appearance, more earthy than shiny.

The round cut complements the coin's form, creating a coherent, harmonious composition. The stone is set in a simple brass frame soldered directly to the disc's surface. The pendant's loop is solid, double or grooved, with visible traces of handcrafted craftsmanship.

The small size makes the pendant perfect as a subtle detail on a thin chain or in a layered composition. Each piece differs in the coin detail and shade of the serpentine. The price is for one random pendant from the presented batch.
