Yellow Nomadic Jade
Yellow Nomadic Jade
The design is based on two lines of tiny brass beads interwoven with dark wooden beads. The arrangement creates a soft arc that naturally adapts to the collarbones. The overall design has a slightly rustic character, without any jewel-like smoothing or excessive symmetry.
The central accent is round cabochons of yellow jade with a distinct, irregular structure. The stone ranges in shade from olive yellow to muted green, with natural discolorations and cracks. This is not laboratory perfection – it is a mineral with its own history, visible to the naked eye.
The lower pendants are tipped with tiny metal balls that gently move with every step. This means the necklace is not static – it reacts to movement, light, and how it is worn. The combination of brass and jade creates a warm, organic color palette.
This model was created in a contemporary style, in the spirit of Afghan craftsmanship, combining locally available materials with traditional aesthetics. It's a proposition for those who value natural stones, handcrafted craftsmanship, and jewelry that doesn't pretend to be luxury, but speaks to its origins.
