The earrings of women belonging to the H'Mông ethnic minority are a real attraction. It is not an ordinary decoration, in the European sense. H'Mông earrings can tell whether the woman wearing them is wealthy or poor; hardworking or less urgent. The owner of large discs is certainly hardworking and rich. For direct wearing, these earrings require widened holes in the auricle. Despite this, the earrings are supplied with special open earwires - hooks with a thickness not exceeding 1 millimeter. Thanks to this, earrings can be worn by virtually everyone who has pierced ears.
