Afghan Tribal Sphere is a large, hollow pendant handcrafted from metal. Its rounded body, substantial suspension loop and decorative lower finial give it the character of traditional Central Asian tribal jewellery.

A broad ornamental band encircles the centre of the sphere, combining twisted wire with a rhythmic wave pattern. A cluster of small metal details decorates the lower section, emphasising its handmade and archaic appearance.

The surface retains natural patina, discolouration, abrasions and visible signs of previous use. A small opening is also present in the body. The pendant is offered in an unrestored condition, exactly as shown in the photographs.

The large sphere can become the centrepiece of an ethnic necklace, an ornament for traditional clothing or a collector’s example of old Afghan craftsmanship. It looks particularly striking when worn alone on a substantial chain, leather cord or strand of natural beads.
