Silver-Tone Kuchi Zinc Chain with Discs
Silver-Tone Kuchi Zinc Chain with Discs
An authentic tribal chain originating from the regions of Afghanistan, associated with the nomadic Kuchi culture. Made from a zinc alloy with a cool, silver-toned finish typical of traditional functional adornments.
The chain is decorated with flat, irregular metal discs suspended on twisted wire links. The elements follow a rhythmic pattern without industrial uniformity, giving each section a slightly different appearance that highlights its handcrafted origin.
Chains of this type were traditionally used as hip ornaments, dance costume elements, ceremonial decorations, or harness adornments. When worn in motion, the discs move freely and produce a subtle metallic sound with both decorative and signaling value.
The price applies to 10 cm of running chain length. One unit equals 10 cm; purchasing multiple units results in one continuous section (e.g. 4 units = 40 cm). Due to the handmade nature and irregular placement of discs, individual sections may differ from the images shown. Items sold by running length are non-returnable.
