Small lapis lazuli triangle coin
Small lapis lazuli triangle coin
The base of the pendant is a small, authentic coin disc with Arabic inscriptions, stars, and crescents. The relief is subtle, worn in places, with visible patina and traces of use. The metal is not polished to a high shine – it retains a matte, subdued character with tarnishes and discoloration.
The centrally set stone is a natural lapis lazuli with an intense, deep blue. Small golden pyrite inclusions and irregular tonal transitions are visible – from cobalt to dark garnet. Each triangle has a different pattern and proportions, emphasizing the handmade nature of the whole.
The stone is set in a brass frame soldered directly to the coin's surface. The pendant's loop can be smooth or delicately embossed, with visible traces of handcrafting. The scale is smaller than the large version – the form is more subtle, visually lighter, but still expressive.
The combination of cool silver metal and saturated lapis blue creates a contrast that works even at a small size. Each piece differs in the detail of the relief and the structure of the stone. The price is for one random pendant from the presented batch.
