The relief can be distinct or partially worn, indicating genuine circulation. The edge retains a delicate serration, and the surface is covered with a natural patina and local discoloration from soldering.

The central element is a natural teardrop-shaped lapis lazuli. The stone has a deep, cobalt-blue color with subtle, lighter streaks and small mineral inclusions. Some pieces may contain golden-hued pyrite dots – typical of genuine lapis. The surface is polished, but not sterilely perfect – it preserves the natural character of the mineral.

The setting is made of a brass alloy. The frame around the stone is hand-formed, with visible traces of soldering and darkening of the metal. The pendant's earring has a simple, grooved or smooth form, securely soldered to the coin. The overall design has a raw, handcrafted character.
