The pendant is based on an authentic Pakistani coin with the clear denomination of "1000" and Urdu calligraphy. Surrounding the denomination is a floral wreath and a classic composition typical of late 20th-century mintages. The relief is sometimes worn and dull in places – a result of actual circulation before being transformed into jewelry.

The upper part has been hand-enhanced with a distinctive element with double, spherical ends. A deep red stone is set in the central setting – round or slightly oval, smoothly cut, and semi-transparent. Surrounding it are smaller, circular inserts in green, pink, or turquoise. The arrangement takes the form of a triangle or arc, giving the composition a distinctive, tribal character.

The metal has a natural patina and traces of hand-soldering. There are visible abrasions, darker discolorations, and localized tarnish at the joints. The design is solid, austere, and functional – not jewelry perfection, but artisanal, consistent with the aesthetics of the Waziristan region.

Pendants of this type were incorporated into necklaces, tribal belts, and adornments of women's ceremonial attire. The term "Waziri" refers to the tribal tradition of the Wazirs living on the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan, not to the official name of the coin.
