The base is authentic coins from the region – some pieces feature a tughra and the inscription "Government of Pakistan," others feature Arabic calligraphy and floral motifs typical of Middle Eastern coins. The relief is worn in places, the edge retains fine serrations, and the surface is covered with a natural patina.

Unlike the classic Waziri variant, this one lacks the characteristic double "horns." Instead, a simple, grooved sleeve made of a brass alloy forms a sturdy loop for sewing to a belt or necklace. Centrally placed are three small, colored glass beads – most often red, green, and purple – set in rough, round sockets.

The finish is artisanal: visible traces of soldering, localized darkening of the metal, and minor surface irregularities. This is functional jewelry, created with durability in mind, not jewelry perfection. The glass may be slightly worn or unevenly set, highlighting the authenticity of the item.
