Cashmere Granulated Panel

The central panel immediately attracts attention – the surface is covered with an even arrangement of hemispherical protrusions, creating an almost architectural texture of metal. This type of decoration is based not on delicate drawing, but on mass and rhythm. Light works here across the entire surface, reflecting off each protrusion individually and creating a sense of depth.

In the corners and in the center, red and green colored glass is set, enclosed in classic, serrated cassettes. The color scheme is not accidental – this is a set characteristic of jewelry from the border region of Afghanistan and Kashmir. The glass does not pretend to be precious stones, but serves as a contrast to the raw, matte metal.

The panel is suspended on a thick, black, twisted cord with tassels. The design is simple yet solid. Metal sleeves connecting the cord to the panel emphasize the handmade character of the piece. This jewelry has a distinct visual weight, closer to ceremonial adornment than light, everyday accessories.

The metal surface shows a natural patina, minor abrasions, and signs of use. These are not defects, but a mark of time. The piece doesn't give the impression of contemporary styling inspired by the Orient—it retains an authentic, austere character, where form dominates decorativeness.
