Afghan Kuchi Necklace with Bells

The wide structure is based on a thick, dark textile core, on which are set massive, round medallions set with colorful glass beads in shades of red, green, and cobalt. Each medallion creates a rosette-like composition characteristic of Kuchi nomadic jewelry. Authentic rupees are visible between the elements, woven alternately as decoration and a status symbol.

The lower section of the necklace is composed of dense metal chains terminated with heavy bells. They create a compact, almost curtain-like structure that responds to every movement. Additional tassels in intense colors contrast the raw metal and emphasize its nomadic character.

The form is distinctly massive, clinging to the neck, yet wide and visually dominant. The piece can be worn as a closely fitted choker or as a short ceremonial necklace. This is jewelry with real weight and presence – not a subtle accessory, but a central element of styling.

The natural patina, minor imperfections, and signs of wear confirm its authenticity. A collector's piece, far from modern recreations. For those who understand that tribal jewelry was not created for minimalism, but to express strength and identity.
