The base is an authentic Pakistani coin with legible Urdu calligraphy and a classic floral wreath surrounding the denomination. The relief is worn in places, indicating actual circulation before being transformed into jewelry. The coin's edge retains a distinct serration, and the surface shows natural patina and discoloration.

The upper part has been hand-enhanced with a distinctive element with double, spherical ends. Centrally set is an intense green stone – round or slightly oval in shape, with distinct faceting that reflects light in points. Beneath it are three smaller, circular inserts: two red and one green. The colors are saturated, contrasting, and typical of the aesthetics of the Pakistan-Afghanistan border region.
